1. Customer asks for advice
EasyQ replies on WhatsApp and collects the exact details needed for a quote.
2. Dashboard gets the draft
The user opens EasyQ, sees the new customer and a quote draft ready for review.
3. Customer signs and picks a date
The customer receives the quote, signs online and selects an available planning slot.
4. Back office prepares invoice
The job is planned, quote is signed and the invoice draft is ready.
5. Invoice is sent and paid
The user sends the invoice with payment link. Customer pays from the mobile interface.
6. Paid job triggers review
Back office marks the job completed and paid, then EasyQ sends the review request.
